Pricing
At Galleri Charlotte Tønder we make reservations for any errors in our prices. Furthermore
we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for
Out of stock items.

Payment options
Galleri Charlotte Tønder accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard,
MobilePay, Bank Transfer, Anyday. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All
Amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. Artist VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and
sold out/discontinued items.
Cash payment is possible in Galleri Charlotte Tønder at the above address

When paying with Anyday, we collect the first payment when the item is shipped. You then make a monthly payment on the last business day of the next three months. This service depends on your order total and payment plan. As long as you pay all installments on time, there are zero interest and fees. Freight
Free shipping within Denmark for purchases over 1000 DKK, with a few exceptions. Is it about
Shipping of large paintings, to be agreed with Galleri Charlotte Tønder.
Shipping outside Denmark is agreed with Galleri Charlotte Tønder.

Delivery
Galleri Charlotte Tønder aims to ship no later than the following business day. We work together
with BRING, DAO265, GLS, PostNord and Danske Fragtmænd.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in
material and/or fabrication. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, a refund or a reduction in
price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by
incorrect handling of the goods. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
Reimbursement
In case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that
the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely disclosed by email or other
electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment
of the refund.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including
delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different
than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without unnecessary
delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision
to make use of the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from that day;

• Where you receive the order.
• Obtain physical possession of the last item in the case of a multi-contract agreement
  goods ordered in one order but delivered individually or in batches.
• Receive the last batch or last part in physical possession in the case of a delivery agreement
  of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.
• The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over
  a specific period of time.

Return costs are at your own expense. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of
the item’s delivery and until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14
days after returning the shipment. The notification must be given by email at
galleri@charlottetoender.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you want to
exercise your right of withdrawal. Galleri Charlott Tønder will contact you for further agreement about
Returns.
When a return agreement has been made, the item must be sent to the address below. You need to
attach a copy of the order confirmation.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or have been clearly personalized
embossing.
